畑・家庭菜園の栽培記録 〜うねうね〜（以下「本アプリ」）では、以下の情報を収集します。
端末内に保存するデータ（サーバー送信なし）
外部サービスに送信されるデータ
収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
うねうね運営チーム（以下「運営者」）は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
本アプリでは、以下の外部サービスを利用しています。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーについては、各サービス提供元のWebサイトをご確認ください。
ユーザーの栽培記録データは通常、端末内にのみ保存され、運営者のサーバーには送信されません。 端末紛失・故障時のデータ消失を防ぐため、OS標準のバックアップ機能のご利用をおすすめします。
ただし、端末移行機能（スマートフォン買い替え時などに使用）をユーザーが手動で実行した場合、 畑・畝・作物・作業記録および添付写真がGoogleのFirebaseサーバーに一時的にアップロードされます。 このデータは移行完了後、一定期間が経過すると自動的に削除されます。 端末移行機能はユーザーが任意で使用するものであり、通常の利用では外部サーバーへのアップロードは発生しません。
Firebase Analytics・Firebase Crashlytics・RevenueCatに送信されるデータは、 各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従い管理されます。
ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。

ユーザーのデータは、アカウントが有効である限り保持されます。 アカウント削除の要求があった場合、運営者は合理的な期間内にデータを削除します。 ただし、法令に基づき保持が必要な場合はこの限りではありません。
運営者は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。 変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ上に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

The App uses the following third-party services. Please refer to each provider's privacy policy for details.
Your farming records are normally stored solely on your device and are never transmitted to the Operator's servers. We recommend using your device's built-in backup feature to prevent data loss from device damage or loss.
However, when you manually use the Device Transfer feature (e.g., when switching to a new smartphone), your farm, bed, crop, and work-log data along with attached photos will be temporarily uploaded to Google's Firebase servers. This data is automatically deleted after a set period once the transfer is complete. The Device Transfer feature is entirely optional and user-initiated; no data is uploaded to external servers during normal use of the App.
Data transmitted to Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat is managed in accordance with each service's privacy policy.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon a request for account deletion, the Operator will delete your data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
The Operator may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. The revised policy takes effect when posted within the App.
