第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、うねうね（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（利用登録）

本アプリの利用にはGoogleアカウントまたはApple IDによるログインが必要です。登録情報に虚偽があった場合、利用を制限することがあります。

第3条（プレミアムサブスクリプション）

本アプリは、無料プランに加え、追加機能を提供するプレミアムプラン（以下「プレミアム」）を提供します。

プレミアムの購入・管理はApp Store（Apple Inc.）を通じて行われます。
料金はApp Storeに表示されている金額に従います。
サブスクリプションは各期間の終了時に自動更新されます。自動更新を停止するには、更新日の24時間前までにApp Storeのサブスクリプション設定でキャンセルしてください。
購入の確認後、無料トライアル期間（提供している場合）の残り期間はキャンセルされます。
払い戻しについては、App Storeのポリシーに従います。運営者は直接の払い戻し対応を行いません。
プレミアムの内容・価格は事前通知の上、変更される場合があります。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為
本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
他のユーザーの情報を不正に収集する行為
第三者になりすます行為
本アプリを商業目的で不正に利用する行為
サブスクリプションを不正に共有・転売する行為

第5条（本アプリの提供の停止等）

うねうね運営チーム（以下「運営者」）は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができます。

本アプリにかかるシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
地震、落雷、火災等の不可抗力により本アプリの提供が困難となった場合
その他、運営者が本アプリの提供が困難と判断した場合

第6条（利用制限および登録抹消）

運営者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、事前の通知なく利用制限やアカウントの削除を行うことができます。

第7条（免責事項）

運営者は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、運営者の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。また、天候データ等の外部サービスの内容について、正確性・完全性を保証しません。

第8条（サービス内容の変更等）

運営者は、ユーザーへの事前通知をもって、本アプリの内容を変更または提供を中止することができ、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

第9条（利用規約の変更）

運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができます。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリ上に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the conditions for using Uneune (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

Using the App requires sign-in with a Google account or Apple ID. If any registration information is found to be false, access may be restricted.

Article 3 (Premium Subscription)

In addition to the free plan, the App offers a Premium plan ("Premium") that provides additional features.

Premium purchases and management are handled through the App Store (Apple Inc.).
Prices are as displayed in the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period. To cancel auto-renewal, turn off auto-renewal in your App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a purchase is made.
Refunds are subject to the App Store's refund policy. The Operator does not process refunds directly.
Premium content and pricing may change with prior notice.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in any of the following:

Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
Actions that place excessive load on the App's servers or networks
Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
Unauthorized collection of other users' information
Impersonating any third party
Unauthorized commercial use of the App
Unauthorized sharing or reselling of subscription access

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Uneune team ("Operator") may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice to users if any of the following applies:

System maintenance or updates are required
Provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, or fire
The Operator otherwise determines that provision of the App is difficult

Article 6 (Restrictions and Account Deletion)

The Operator may restrict use or delete accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of weather data or other third-party service content.

Article 8 (Changes to Service)

The Operator may change or discontinue the App's content with prior notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Operator may update these Terms at any time without notice to users. Updated Terms take effect when posted within the App.

Article 10 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
